  • We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days (depending on location).

  • Delivery charges are mentioned at checkout and vary based on order size and location.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payments (via Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, etc.).

  • All online transactions are processed securely. We never store your card or banking information.

  • We only accept returns/exchanges if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo/video proof.
